Marí Mayans Familia continues to innovate in its creations with the new launch of its Anacleta Salt; a product a 100% natural material, without additives or preservatives, which will be distributed in two formats, ground and fleur de sel, and which is extracted directly from the heart of the Ses Salines Natural Park. This is the first item in your new Familia Marí Mayans Gourmet seal, through which this family business will launch a range of selected products full of local flavor, the distinctive feature of all its creations.

ANACLETA is a feminine first name with which Familia Marí Mayans pays tribute to the women of rural Ibiza on its label, with a miniature representation of a peasant woman carrying a salt shaker, while the name plays with the representation of salt in the periodic table, NaCl.

Unlike common salt, ANaCleta sea salt contains not only sodium, but also calcium, potassium and magnesium. What's more, its grain size and more intense flavor mean it's less likely to be used in food, with all the health benefits that entails.

ANaCleta comes in 120-gram containers, with 100% recycled glass.
